Episode Twenty, Your Seed Pouch

Were do we go when we sleep? What final, little wisp of thought opens the portal allowing the vehicle of our slumber to drive us there? Hafiz seems to be suggesting we allow joy and appreciation into our hearts as our heads hit our pillows. There is a lot to be thankful for; there is a lot to dance with as we sow the seeds of our abundance nightly. The suggestion here is if we travel lighter and with appreciation, we may travel farther and be able to share greater gifts.

Thank you for listening.

Music: I had forgotten all about this song until I was looking for pictures for this post and it came up. The song I recall vividly. I rarely hear it anymore. The video with its reference to sunflowers reminds my of all the love and strength of spirit I want to send to the Ukrainian people and their Russian sympathizers. These warring times we live in currently were seeded so long ago and have deep roots. As these things are uprooted, we need to awaken to choosing differently and plant new seeds of peace, allow and honor the planet their tithe, and learn to steward it all. Peace is full time work. This familiar song from 1989 and video reminds me of this.

Every minute of every hour

I love a sunflower

Open your eyes

And I believe in love power

Open your eyes

Love power

Love power

Open your eyes
