S5 Episode Thirteen - Conscious Living, Conscious Dying - Death - Giving & Taking Back Energy After Death

What do we do with our feelings when a loved one dies? What about a person who has brought us nothing but hardship? There is an invitation in this excerpt to examine how we carry our feelings for others. Both in the beginning, during, and at the end of a relationship these shared energies need care. These teaching state that we are in agreement to share energies with another in relationship and this has been done unconsciously for millennia. We are in agreement to interfere with each other and these sharings that arrive in our lives are across a vast spectrum of types from adoration to repulsion. It is complex how we learn our lessons in a life. We are meant to live and feel through it all and learn a few things about ourselves and our own loving nature in the process. The shift that death brings effects us deeply and challenges the existing stories we cultivate about our relationships.

These lingering stories and feelings that we cultivate are more apparent upon losing the connection to someone in this dimension by their dying. We feel the loss deeply and respond emotionally. The way we respond can open us or close us depending on how we frame life and death in our lives. Djehuty asks us here to examine what we are telling ourselves regarding death and loss. These placeholders for our feelings can manifest as blocks to loving as we process and grieve if we remain unconscious about ourselves and our intentions. We have now an opportunity to reconsider how we are carrying these feelings and the stories that support them because we have the means of better understanding what death teaches us about living and a deeper level of loving.
