If you are the type to seek knowledge or a life of meaning, you may find yourself at the feet of a so called enlightened person or teacher with questions. If learning is what one really wants, there will be no hearing something of guidance that reassures us in ways we expect. If we really want understanding, we will pose our questions so we dare to hear what we do not want to hear. And, if we are really fortunate, we will hear a better question from our guidance than the one we initially posed.

and I believe this is true. We are all a work in progress and we are not to hand off our experiences to others for validation but to cultivate our own light with a trust in ourselves going our own way in a kind manner. I would say a loving manner but the word love has so many subjective interpretations where kindness is more universal in its recognition.
